Duplex penthouse apartment is re designed by young architect Guilherme Torres, this luxury apartment is located in Itaim, São Paulo, Brazil. Work on the redesign of this apartment is more focused on the interior. The interior design is focused on following the client’s desire that a young entrepreneur in the field of civil construction, the owner wanted a contemporary apartment with a spacious room that is comfortable to enjoy a relaxed and accepting of his friends. The main concept is the basis of interior redesign is to place a large bookcase that was made around the living room. This large bookcase in use for various purposes such as set books, save the electronic device and as a workstation.
