A home that is designed to achieve a balance between a beautiful landscape with the Chesapeake bay and the environment. Is a simple-designed house in 2400 square meters, and has three bedrooms. The house was designed by Robert M. Gurney, utilizing the advantages which is adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay in Ocean View, Delaware. The house is understood in two simple forms of flat-roofed volume, has a varying height, cut and overlap one story that connects the volume of circulation space. The volume of the eastern part of the house built with cement board, while the volume of the west with corrugated siding and a space story connects with the ground face concrete block. On the exterior visible use a pellet with a more natural feel, and gives peace. The house is also equipped with a small garden area that is more intimate.
