Prior to this previously renovated house is a small post-war houses that are not maintained, located in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles. Transformation of the house and then fought to make it more modern for a young professional, the development also consider some aspects of the environment as well as limitations of the existing budget. Noting this, it is planned to recycle as much as possible, by utilizing the existing foundation, and the majority of the external framing. Recycling and keeping step done, significant enough to reduce construction costs and avoid local zoning regulations required for new construction.This is one of the projects undertaken by Ras_a.
