Houses with a modern style situated on a hill looking down to downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay. The house is basically square shape but done with a beautiful design modern minimalist style. Backyard house, also has a green certificates so harmony with the environment. Houses are visible caring environment surrounded by green green trees around the house, so also in the small backyard garden that is green, other than that the house was also made with environmentally friendly materials. This house design was done by Thomas Schaer of SHED Architects, on the roof of a house used as a place to relax and enjoy the scenery gathered around him. Finishing the house is done by providing a unique modern style, home design with strategically placed glass walls that bring the outside in while maintaining a sense of privacy.

Minimalist house surrounded by high walls, located at the base pentagon, with the architectural style of maintaining a house with one floor. This house looks with minimalist design and simple but looks beautiful. Roomy interior space was also impressed and abundant, there is not much insulation in this house as being in an apartment with all the furniture in it, which is unique in this house is a four-meter long table made of wood so integrated with the floor with the same material. Minimalist home is located in Oyta, Japan and is the work of Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Design with color that almost the entire wall using a white stand out among other homes in the vicinity. What’s interesting about this house is its design, size of the shell consists of three interconnected with each other, the outer shell covering the entire building, a garden, covered with a semi-indoor. Both shell wrapped in a limited space in an enclosed space outside the room. Third shell creates a smaller interior space. with plenty of circulation such as a space that is located outside the li. With the garden or trees growing in the house indicate that there is no distinction between inside and outside the home. An interesting architecture was immortalized by photographer Iwan Baan.
