A house that was named Artreehouse, located on Lake Candlewood in New Fairfield. This lake house manufacturing project undertaken by Della Valle Bernheimer, built with a unique structural system long-span ¾ “x 16″ plywood x 27 ‘beam that works in tandem with a series of steel rolls Verendiel which refers to the solid steel billet. Structure was made with collaboration with Guy Nordenson and Associates, Structural Engineers. A structure that is stable, discrete, but minimal. On the ground floor entrance as well as a liaison between the interior and exterior home use sliding glass panels, it also gives the relationship quite literally to the outside. This panel mobility exaggerate the weight of two volumes cantilever above. On the upper floor there are two cantilevers Artreehouse contain bedrooms. Building spaces of this house is facing towards the lake, with lots of trees around it. Natural light is so easy to get into the interior through each room upstairs, as if the light came through gaps in the tree branches.

Shuswap Cabin is the Lake house that stood on the land area of 214 m2, located in British Columbia, Canada. This house is designed for relaxation and includes guest wing, an area for communication and recreation and the main bedroom is equipped with a bathroom. Named Shuswap Cabin, this house was done by Splyce Design. This home is located in the south facing, sloping site on Shuswap Lake, the view from the house on the lake and the dominance of low hills. The interior space is made for air circulation and natural light. A place outside the room gives the separator from the living room and formed the rest of the house and serves as a shady refuge from the summer sun during the day. Large expanse of glass and glass doors providing excellent views to the lake in 1800. The forms of the sliding glass door provide passive circulation that facilitates the flow of indoor and outdoor.

Houses are designed as a gathering place for all family members, homes with this beautiful architectural design is located on the east side of Lake Tahoe. That Beautiful home stands among the cool pines and beautiful views of the lake, and the calm ripples of the lake water. The house that is designed to gather and relax with the comfort for all family , to remember the quiet beauty of summer. Both houses looked out on the prairie with views of Lake Tahoe through a mature tree which flows upward through the site. Interior of the house using sustainable wood, oak wood flooring using reclaimed and recycled glass counter tops. This house using many materials from wood wrapping room . In the dining room using the furniture with large wooden table, for dinner with the entire family, dining table design with large logs on the sides makes a natural form of the classical and the dinner table.
