Isay Weinfeld design a holiday home built in the city of Piracicaba, 250km away from São Paulo. Housing is intended to be a meeting point of the whole family together, because family members scattered homeowners in various cities throughout the state. With an area of 2000 m2 (21,500 ft2) of land, built a house which also take into account the contours of the sloping ground. Development oriented towards the North, in order to get the best sunlight would provide warmth bedrooms and social areas. Distribution of over 3 floors set in a perpendicular axis allows the transfer of land to be treated naturally, and make the garden accessible from every floor. Minimalist design that extends, allowing to provide a spacious and can accommodate the whole family.

Sumare house is a house located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This house is projected for a graphic designer who has called the open space where he can work, exercise and meet with friends and important requirements. The house was designed by Isay Weinfeld. In the construction of this house there is a problem on the regulation, in which housing can not exceed two levels, so this house is built level -1 where space is a guardian and workshop designer. At the bottom of the house is a spacious living space bounded by transparent glass and connected to the green room. The average level rose several feet above the streets and houses and dining room that opens into a larger park. For the living room space configured from a wall made of prefabricated concrete blocks, which allows designers to have a complete picture of the city skyline. At the top of the home is an open space designed specifically as a social area for entertaining.

Located on the shores of the lake in Brasilia, the house was designed by renowned architect Isay Weinfeld stands as an example of a new Brazilian architecture. It is characterized by forms of pure and straight, without much conceptual explanation. Architects chose the earth’s natural materials like wood or stone with white walls to create an international mix of traditional and quite accurate. Space is designed in a minimalist, featuring terraces marked by a steel spiral staircase. Houses have a system of inner pages which ensures natural lighting and ventilation for more than 1100 square meters with a home.
