Home Design Inspiration

This is a pilot project house specially designed as an active home, designed to set a new standard of residential housing construction in Russia. The designs are made based on the principle of building active with a balance between saving energy, climate and spatial sense and care about the environmental impact. Design is thus expected to provide value-added quality architecture and well-being of the population. The new standard for home construction has also been involved inaugurated by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, he participated in the official opening of the home and together with the partners behind the project and Russian officials, he cut the ribbon. Active in Russia house designed by the architectural firm Polygon Lab Russia (part of Zagorodny Project). The house is situated on the outskirts of Moscow in Zapadnaya Dolina, a new residential community currently under construction and with plans to house more actively to come.

The house is beautiful and fun, looks simple and take advantage of views of the mountains towards the south and west. The house is located on the edge of a hill surrounded by forests, located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Home-making project was undertaken by SPG Architects, nicknamed Leicester House They Designed in Asheville, North Carolina. Seen as a place to live simple, with wooden frames on the surroundings, this house also has a striking façade and views provided through the glass doors, so getting a beautiful hilltop view of the natural. The entry level serves as main living room, with guest wings carved into the top of the hill on the lower level. Functionality and energy efficiency programs achieved either by zoning and careful choice of materials, fixtures, fittings, and energy. This is a place to live simple and convenient. complement the visual warmth, with a foundation of modern structure and has views of the countryside. The interior of the house look spacious and blends, with a blend of warm wood furniture and fun.

Making modern homes warm and habitable for all seasons and minimal maintenance. Provide a broad view because there are a lot of glass around it, rather than a thick wall. Access to the roads become a bit of privacy because this is the most in the cap by the homeowner. This house consists of master suite, guest room and office centers that can be used as additional rooms. The architect Giulietti Schouten also provides access to dining out but can still privacy. At the center is a semi-enclosed dining terrace leading to a statue outside the park and fountain at the lower and further with a lower landscapes and gardens. Materials chosen for the design of this house is minimal maintenance, using galvanized, aluminum curtain-wall insulated windows, exposed interior / exterior concrete walls, veneer and composite wood panel ceiling board is finished, exposed steel framing on the roof and walls of windows . Lamp which is also used low-voltage so that once made energy-efficient homes.
