The atmosphere of the old style but still considering aspects of comfort and modernity. A small mirror is provided for shaving and makeup mirror behind the standard but there is no sink in the hope that the owners, who approached retirement, can use the new found freedom to focus on enjoying life rather than busying themselves with daily primping. Bathup located near a window provides a bird’s-eye view fresh nuances in the bath. This Bathroom is a renovation project by Briyan Boyer in a 4000 sqf ranch-style house located in San Luis Obispo County, CA. This renovation of open cluster of four small rooms to create a roomy space organized around a discovery. By pulling the sink off the wall to let her stand in the middle of the room, sensory aspects of ritual cleanliness is emphasized by taking the focus off the dresser dominates the visual presence. Walls made of wood but the feel of a more unique design with a black floor seemed to feel so much darker, but this makes even more classic feel of this bathroom.
