Every house has own soul. This one can be sample of it. It is completely a single gigantic home. Every room of this house has own characteristic. The house’s design adopts the unique things of this land and promotes dramatic water and woods views. It designed by Polhemus Savery DaSilva. The house is characterized by rolling topography on wooded peninsulas separated by salt water bays and coves. Extreme exterior concept by build a garden with stone, and place a trees in the middle. The exterior is curved and stone terraces and planters follow this curve and mediate between the house and the landscape. Besides that there is a natural forest that can adopt river view. You also can see a garden roof that make this house feeling “green”.
Architectural and natural forms were used in an ornamentation program that included both the interior and exterior. Interior will look great because of combination wood furniture sets and wall decoration. The color of wall paint also soft and calm. Other things, this home concept want to share the blue color of water and the shining blue clown in the sky. The sofa color dominated by warm blue, spotted blue and blue layer.
Look at the bathroom. Glass door are painted with abstract artistic in blue and white. The ceramic color as deep as blue sea. And white combination can be seen on mini walking closet. That’s why, we can also say that brown color of wooden chair and furniture sets, the soft white bone color of wall, the white cupboard and blue sofa are luxurious combination.
Get back to the yard. Polhemus Savery DaSilva (psdab) give us story of shape of the two-story front porch and its gambrel roof is a motif that is repeated at different scales and proportions and in many different materials. The downspout brackets, chimney cap, handrail escutcheons, door hardware, fireplace screens and tools, and some carved wood work are all custom-made in order to maintain the motif. The extensive interior woodwork is one by three different millwork firms. The room of this house also have a great view for everyone.

This is the house that build on problematic site on the south side of the dandenong ranges. The 4 acre site was one of the last in the forested hills available for residential development.
It was very hard to access, not to say to build anything there. The house was built on the top of the site to catch spectacular views of the city. This allowed the most efficient structural design as well as making the main level of the house a perfect square, achieving maximum floor area for minimum wall area. This house have a good exterior design ideas. It look so natural and have a great view, as same as cozy stone house on plateau. And also Inspiration house with great panoramic.
Large areas of doubled glazed windows allow views from every room. The interior is a simple white space, which doesn’t distract attention from the forest around

After we talk about Beach House With the Main Material of Wood Ornament . This stone house design in plateau may look cool, but it has interiors and designs of very warm quality. The interiors are mostly made up of exposed concrete and limestone with natural wood beams and it has open ceiling to see the countryside. It has natural lighting and ventilation. In this design it feels like the architecture of the building meets nature in this stunning Italian countryside house by architect Arturo Montanelli. This house has a strong sense of authentic yet modern stone house. The main floor is bright and airy, with double height living room and huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden outside.
