This house was built as a holiday home along with two brothers and their families, homes destroyed by a fire earlier. Construction of new homes are getting a pre-defined rules and the family has grown in size. The structure of the new house to respond and maintain a lifestyle except summer long enjoyed by their owners. The house is located on a narrow site and above the cliffs, overlooking the Gulf towards Gardiner, this is a project undertaken by Bates Masi Architects. Being in harsh weather with the coastal area, so it takes extra care to keep them comfortable and enjoyable. To build a new house that is more powerful, they use materials that are durable and free from weathering. By utilizing materials and good planning, enabling more families to enjoy holidays in their new home, rather than providing a lot of nursing.
