Not all villas should have the general form of an occupancy standard, even when the shape is totally different from the modern buildings around it is a great added value. Thank you in GROUP A who designed the villa Bussum in a leafy neighborhood near the small town of Amsterdam but has a unique architecture. Villa Bussum made using sloping walls and roof of the building but the abstract volume emphasizes high standards of comfort in residential landscapes. This is the main entrance of the house with a corner cut-out facing the driveway. Outside the exterior decorated with a comfortable terrace with panoramic windows overlooking the 15 meter wide park, in addition there are also double up as a transitional space between the villa and the garden behind the house. The Villas has two gardens behind and in front of the house are connected through the road side. This is a road runs down under the cantilevering villa, thus providing access to medium-sized garden on the ground floor. The road also serves as a closed garage and providing access to ground floor. Entire Villa Bussum is super comfortable with the unique residential architecture and unlimited access to all the room inside or outside the home.

The Backyard House – Extraordinary Modern Minimalist Home concept by SHED Architects

Houses with a modern style situated on a hill looking down to downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay. The house is basically square shape but done with a beautiful design modern minimalist style. Backyard house, also has a green certificates so harmony with the environment. Houses are visible caring environment surrounded by green green trees around the house, so also in the small backyard garden that is green, other than that the house was also made with environmentally friendly materials. This house design was done by Thomas Schaer of SHED Architects, on the roof of a house used as a place to relax and enjoy the scenery gathered around him. Finishing the house is done by providing a unique modern style, home design with strategically placed glass walls that bring the outside in while maintaining a sense of privacy.

Goodrich – Bungalow-Style House’s Shell By Alchemy Architects

This bungalow-style house’s shell is respectful of this 1911 origins while objects are inserted as contemporary additions. Interior pathway elements create an axial organizing arrangement . twin garages anchor a newly tiered backyard that continues a kind of vertical pathway throughtout the property. Cobalt blue, copper, and bright white extend the sense of playfulness to the exterior , while retained original elements like oak wood work and hard wood floors give due respect to the past. At room table and chairs kitchen using the bar high for, besides the walls were given a bright yellow color. Modern design seen in the bathroom with shower to bath covered by a glass wall, bathroom with blue LED lighting provides a modern and elegant impression.
