Build a home town in Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline is dream for everyone. But when we do not have wide space build a house, we must care about space planning. The extremely of this house is create in a small space, but still have an open green space. This house is located off a walk street with great views between sea and beach shore. Designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects, not only have an amazing interior, but also great exterior with garden. The site is a narrow 30×60-foot area but it includes the house and a garden inside. Rockefeller Partners Architects take a place of a Zen garden in center of the structure at the ground floor level. Other room of this house is a bathroom with washbasin in master’s bedroom, small living room and kitchen as good as Classic country kitchen by David Markoff. To maximize space, it designed with cabinets and useful storage. It looks nature and comfortable to life there, because many furniture sets made from woodwork and high quality materials.
