Core design is made to grant an extension of the house, not part of the landscape. Villa Soest stands firmly with the natural rocks that protects all parts of the outer wall of the villa. in using the material, there is a strong dialogue between the building and landscaping. Villa with a stone wall was designed by Zecc Architecten, with the concept of spatial connection between the three floors.
The main theme in the house is the spaciousness of the three floors. From the basement to the first floor is open space that connects all floors. From the front door, there is a line of sight, the relationship house with garden on 3 levels increased. These functions apply as cabinets, toilets and cabinets installed. The parapets and stairs in the atrium running smoothly through this and provide connections between the three floors of sculptures.
