Sumare house is a house located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This house is projected for a graphic designer who has called the open space where he can work, exercise and meet with friends and important requirements. The house was designed by Isay Weinfeld. In the construction of this house there is a problem on the regulation, in which housing can not exceed two levels, so this house is built level -1 where space is a guardian and workshop designer. At the bottom of the house is a spacious living space bounded by transparent glass and connected to the green room. The average level rose several feet above the streets and houses and dining room that opens into a larger park. For the living room space configured from a wall made of prefabricated concrete blocks, which allows designers to have a complete picture of the city skyline. At the top of the home is an open space designed specifically as a social area for entertaining.
