A large house equipped with swimming pools, six large bedrooms, underground parking and beautiful gardens in accordance with the wishes from the owner. Architecture of this house is designed with a sloping roof tiles and a large overhang to combat the heavy rainy season. Design houses made in the form of the L facing the swimming pool and large garden. The terrace floor of this house uses handmade wrapped turquoise tiles that guide visitors to the main door. Design created towering canopy is supported at one point by a vertical dock of flint wrapped finish, seemed gripped the field horizontally. Semi-public space management and public spaces such as living room, dining room, kitchen, utility, study and two guest rooms located at ground floor. Bedroom and family area is located at the top level and connected by a staircase on which is made from teak wood. Design made sure that each room gets a good view and cross ventilation. One of the interesting innovations in Fernandes House is a column that supports the roof tiles of the verandah on the second floor.
