Houses with solid design with steel and wood structure and polished concrete floors that flow out to the landscape. On the top floor of this house was designed for a broader view and light. A central skylight washed two story wall of art that marks a shift from public to private hallway and the sliding panel allows the owner to manage the relationship between public and private space, the exterior palette includes concrete blocks, walls stained cedar, fiber-cement panels and painted steel.
