Design Villa Single Family Community, Villa Y by PAR Architects
Desert House is a housing project in PAR done by Architect, this house has a basic form of a letter Y, so-called house Y. Houses belong to quadrant, INC. was established on 15 hectares of land located in several kilometers outside of Palm Springs, CA in the Mojave Desert. The buildings are made more compact by increasing the outdoor living space that takes advantage of the climate, being sunny.

Y natural ventilation for the house is made by exploiting the prevailing northwest wind. Within this broad land there are actually three villas are built, but in the show in the picture below is a villa Y. Each of the three typologies villa, Villa Y, E and L Villa Villas organized around a series of pages is sympathetic to the surrounding nature. Inside the villa of Y equipped with a formal living room, dining room, family room, two guest suites, master suites and staff areas. Besides the completeness which has been mentioned, for means of entertainment, villa built an outdoor family room includes a private pool, fireplace, eat and relax area.
