A residential neighborhood with matching design house located in the north of Istanbul, Turkey, an area Sariyer region. The complex is planned to house consists of 16 units of housing and equipped with sports facilities and swimming pools. For starters, consisting of four residential buildings each have two flats in the entry level, and two split-level duplexes above. Using wood for a whole lot of this house, Zkryk GAD is a continuation of the exploration of space is folded, and is an analysis application for residential units. In front of the house enclosed by clear glass, it also provides room for a half-open.

The famous Chilean architect is now creating another concept of a home building. This home also made from nature materials by Felipe Assadi . Like the whole house it’s made of wood, the Deck House show to us that it is possible has built-in swimming pool around it. Just like his creation, Modern Minimalist Contemporary House Designs, Deck House is an another great project. The home interior decorating inspiriting from save energy for better life and large gazing in order to make nature around it more closer. Like some other his projects and a lot of other houses in Chile it has an open plan, Felipe Assadi put an inclined area which is a perfect place to sunbathing without a lounge chair. The deck is connected to the house’s floor to form a wood-clad object with glass that connects it. A living area, a kitchen and a dining room are combined to save some space without losing in spaciousness. And although the house also has a beautiful and practical desk which isn’t big, but that room very useful for everyone.
