One axis of the guest house includes a bedroom all family members, then the other axis is used as a public entry and living room. There is a main road used to go into these two volumes, namely through the buildings on the diagonal line. Beautiful part of this house is utilized in the direction of view is limited by a transparent glass towards the lake outside, residents can enjoy a wide view out over the living room. In the design of two volumes of the houses are connected by a glass enclosure, which employs tectonic expression of the module.

Overall shape of the house is a square that looks apart, with other forms of square modules which opens out through a variety of glass and walls. Parts of the room at the top level, designed to be more oriented with views towards the garden, as well as to the inner atrium. The house is built with the material chosen for the long term, with the ease of initial installation costs. In this house incorporates several methods and technologies, to create a roof that collects rain water, and drain into the pond shelter, while also using solar panels and hot water are used for home energy sources, as well as a comprehensive climate-control system. Geothermal climate system is connected to ground loops as well as swimming pools and water features so as to form a heat exchange system that minimizes dependence on electricity or gas.
