A minimalist home is very beautiful, with simple design and offers a unique place to live with different. This is a house built for a local artist to enjoy, located just south of Collingwood, in the heart of Clearview. Strategic location with a wide range of options of sustainable technologies. Lake loop geothermal greenhouse project was set apart from others in the area. This house has a good relationship with the environment, drawing inspiration from an intimate relationship with their surroundings and views, either through the adjacent forest and a nearby pond.
