A villa on the outskirts of town, was built in northern New York. Villa Nm is a project by Dutch architect from UNStudio Bureau, customers – some of the young Russian. This villa is designed for single-family house, standing on the sloping site is used as a tool for program and volumetric organization. Villa Nm is very beautiful design with the art of architecture and modern style. Five of the wall of the building rotates in the horizontal and vertical field produces volumetric transition. Built by considering the existing structures, SPG architect was given the authority to build a beach house situated on a hill, secluded beach in Costa Rica. Using existing structures provide advantages for the client and the environment. Build with pre-existing structure is not easy, therefore, needed enough time to think to form a decent house and a beautiful beach. Because it is located in an remote area that home made independently for water and energy. Rely on solar energy to supply the energy used for lighting, appliances and others. By using solar cell large enough so it can produce energy (18.4kW) has become the largest solar cell arrays on the Costa Rica. Solar panels, both photovoltaic and hot water, sitting in the layer, a reflective roof & insulation, chemically inert and free of microbial-based ceramics are well-solar heat gain is minimized and providing clean water sources for homes and swimming pools. Interior Casa Torcida is a blend of modern and classic beach house, with decor that gives the impression of contemporary for this beach house. Not all villas should have the general form of an occupancy standard, even when the shape is totally different from the modern buildings around it is a great added value. Thank you in GROUP A who designed the villa Bussum in a leafy neighborhood near the small town of Amsterdam but has a unique architecture. Villa Bussum made using sloping walls and roof of the building but the abstract volume emphasizes high standards of comfort in residential landscapes. This is the main entrance of the house with a corner cut-out facing the driveway. Outside the exterior decorated with a comfortable terrace with panoramic windows overlooking the 15 meter wide park, in addition there are also double up as a transitional space between the villa and the garden behind the house. The Villas has two gardens behind and in front of the house are connected through the road side. This is a road runs down under the cantilevering villa, thus providing access to medium-sized garden on the ground floor. The road also serves as a closed garage and providing access to ground floor. Entire Villa Bussum is super comfortable with the unique residential architecture and unlimited access to all the room inside or outside the home.

Kusnacht-villa, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, has a background scenery of snow-covered mountain peaks and Lake Zurich. This is an exclusive villa designed two become one entity. Ala Moana building house designed for a residence in a luxurious tropical climate. The house is located in located in the Whitsundays, Queensland, Australia. Ala Moana Design large buildings in the design by splitting into four main volumes which have different heights, each crowned with a curved roof made, the tin roof like wings. This building can be classified as second homes and luxury resort sea side, with the typical Australian character, and Ala Moana this developing specific typology through integration with the living space inside and outside the room, a combination of spaciousness with a personal and intimate zone, the greatness of the human-scale resort, luxury with simple tones and natural materials. The house that stood at a parcel of land with size of 20×30 with a sharp slope, the architecture of the house was done by Frederick Zanelato. Landscape native reserves in the condominium guided deployment and openings on that residences, Mogi das Cruzes is located in, Sao Paulo. This house consists of living room and kitchen that designed in an integrated way, with views out restricted transparent glass. A house that in a blend with the forest and trees. The house is located in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, has an attractive natural environment green.
