This house gives us an idea of how to create home designs with the concept of openness, has a broad view and good circulation. Located in the coastal areas and is an exploration in removing the boundaries between interior and exterior environmental limits. The house was built in the Oregon Coast, with an area of 2865 square feet. Made with so openly to maximize views of natural landscapes up to 180-degrees. This design also makes a wide view of the duality of openness with a quiet private space. Divided into three sections, joined in the U-shape around a central courtyard formation fronting the display.

A home that is designed to achieve a balance between a beautiful landscape with the Chesapeake bay and the environment. Is a simple-designed house in 2400 square meters, and has three bedrooms. The house was designed by Robert M. Gurney, utilizing the advantages which is adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay in Ocean View, Delaware. The house is understood in two simple forms of flat-roofed volume, has a varying height, cut and overlap one story that connects the volume of circulation space. The volume of the eastern part of the house built with cement board, while the volume of the west with corrugated siding and a space story connects with the ground face concrete block. On the exterior visible use a pellet with a more natural feel, and gives peace. The house is also equipped with a small garden area that is more intimate.

Shuzo Okabe an architect of the Upsetters Architects working on interior design Nuts Hotel, a hotel located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. Hotel interior is made to provide good service for overseas visitors, in addition to inviting more customers from other countries. Room is made to meet more people per room to meet demand young family. Design elements give the room in Japanese style to give a special impression to visitors. Wall made by considering the sense of touch and natural light, open. Nuts Hotel interiors are done by the Upsetters Architects in this area of 141 SQM. Although only one floor but the hotel’s interior design is in balance with the other. To achieve overall balance, the design of the elevator floor is not completely changed but only adjusted. Conversely, to make an impressive entrance, a wooden gate installed at the boundary between the elevator and hallway floors. To give the impression that Japan’s unique ambience and distinctive, stylish design with tatami floor design. Common corridor ceiling is covered with a job long seven-meter by Shun Kawakami, artist. Good lighting design and effective, create works of art stand out and their combination creates expectations in the community room.
