A residential development project undertaken by the Parque Humano, seen as a contemporary residence of natural and take some profits from the environments. The project was undertaken by taking advantage of the triangular character of the plot, the slope of the land and gain insight into the Nature Reserve at Cerro Gordo. The building is made by giving the relationship between interior and exterior, which is understood as a building as a homogeneous mass, with a curve out of the opening which has the effect of inviting perspective, this is caused by asymmetric wall that frames the scenery. By adjusting volumetric and tilt wall plate allows a visual journey in the interior space, which combines with the existing exterior landscape.

Contemporary House in the Beautiful and Challenging Site, Point Piper House by POPOVbass Architects

An area with beautiful views often exist on the site that it is difficult to set up home, beauty has become something of interest from the profits to build a house. This is a house built on sites with exceptional natural beauty but challenging. The site has an irregular shape and fell three floors in a vertical from the edge of the road, has a view towards the harbor and sea water. This contemporary home was designed by POPOVbass Architects, by responding to residential neighborhood designed with distinctive organic details. This is also reflected in the elevation of the road which adopts the form with the simplicity and the use of organic materials, such as sand stone and wood with a wavy pattern. Houses with low profile makes it possible to view the building from the public domain.

Contemporary Minimalist Jelenovac Residence by DVA Arhitekta

A house in the wake of the benefits of green field views, located in Jelenovac, Zagreb, Croatia. Jelenovac site itself is at the intersection of two streets, and surrounded by family homes, and city parks in Jelenovac on the front. Utilizing the beautiful landscape, the house is done by DVA Arhitekta, by creating a position that allows the house has a small garden that can be enabled as well as a tampon zone between traffic and large garden. Contemporary minimalist home design is also influenced by the slope of the terrain, resulting in a home base that is equipped with a secondary, outer space and the entrance.
