Located on the last remaining agricultural land adjacent to Lake Michigan in Illinois. This site design concepts to take back to the roots while incorporating the sense prairie style house owner. Designs incorporate more formal landscape design elements close to the residence which contrasts with the surrounding natural base restored. Extreme care is taken in protecting the 300 year oak trees and maple while the location of this structure. The main location was chosen for the least impact on the environment while creating a sequence of interest along the way in and allow for dramatic views of the place of residence. Respected grading of the site drainage patterns and designs and even turned into an attractive focal point for guest quarters by selecting plants that grow in the area.

Consisting of a number of open space and for a better view using a transparent glass. The building’s design was completed by the RKA with four new buildings that stand apart. It consists of two buildings for the general learning 1-5 years, kitchen facilities and art and science of building facilities with associated landscaping.

This modern house designs most of its buildings using a light green color faforit looks bright.Massing is composed of two intersecting L’s that result in central common open space. where the kings road house engages the property line, the courtyard carves a two story void on the north elevation promoting link betwen sites. this centraly located space allows all unit to have direct access from the exterior. while eliminating the need for mechanically climate controlled carridors. in addition. private open spaces are set within the common area trough landscaping elements rather than boundaries. located adjacent to rudolf schindlers king road house. given the historic presence of the kings road house. saveral measures were taken to preserve the house’s releationship to its surrounding landscape.to avoid casting shadows on to the adjacent property. habitat 825 draws inspiration from schindler in developing new forms of contemporary lifestyle trough the use of light, materials, colors and common open space.the building was reduced to two stories on the north side adjacent to the kings road house. in addition. the form in beds inwards away from the house to allow more breathing room and to draw attention towards the central open space. Architect who built this house is Lorcan O’herlithy. Providing a luxurious modern house design.

A residential neighborhood with matching design house located in the north of Istanbul, Turkey, an area Sariyer region. The complex is planned to house consists of 16 units of housing and equipped with sports facilities and swimming pools. For starters, consisting of four residential buildings each have two flats in the entry level, and two split-level duplexes above. Using wood for a whole lot of this house, Zkryk GAD is a continuation of the exploration of space is folded, and is an analysis application for residential units. In front of the house enclosed by clear glass, it also provides room for a half-open.

Unification of various styles of compounds within the renovation of this house, located in beykoz, a suburb of Istanbul. Various collection of antique furniture and interior renovations made the house beautiful to be beautiful and attractive. Buama House applied decoration by utilizing existing structures. Reference unlimited fine lines and infinite space, because there is no clear distinction between the floor & wall, or between the walls & ceiling. Spread the light at the surface of the organic in a way that seems almost limitlessness. Not only the interior that makes the main concern of GAD Architecture in decorating the house, making the park a beautiful and comfortable to be the next focus. Comfortable garden design is important because this is where this young family home owners will spend more time relaxing in my spare time. The beautiful Garden design by placing the sofa on the side of the house to relax, as well as roads that surround the house built using wood.
