A house built with a unique modern design, located in Alnwick Road in Singapore. Utilizing an area 4.628 square feet, in the form of a packaged box set, and stacked, it also became the uniqueness of this house, but is intended to create a greater future. Seen from the front as a minimalist modern house with fitted by a simple pool house on the right side. Most of the rooms arranged in a linear plan to facilitate cross ventilation and light, providing easy and light to warm up the room, it is supported also by the use of Low-emissivity glass. Another uniqueness is on the porch with a flat roof, with a black frame, creating a visual that connects all the details. The whole house is more dominant with white, which combined with black, to distinguish the pile of buildings, and create a unique visual. Overall this is a nice modern house, with its unique contemporary design and stunning. Likewise with the Park + Associates who are satisfied with the internal and shapes.

An innovative contemporary home is located in San Francisco Bay Area, California. Dubbed Tiburon Bay House, is a residence designed with the design for sustainable living, became one of the houses are planned to achieve the first LEED-H certified Platinum, as a custom home in Northern California. Sustainable design brings an innovative contemporary style, designed by Butler Armsden Architects, and developed in the area of 1500 square feet.
