This is a Contemporary house built on the site of classical sea front, this house is a renovation of the original house which later was dismantled, and built into the mound for the construction of which requires a higher elevation. it is intended to keep track of existing scale, the dynamics of the site and residential design that reflects the spirit of the original house. This house was built with three levels that have different functions, each used for the owner, then for their guests, and one other levels are used to living and dining room. Equipped also with a pool in the front, then the street and garages are made of natural scenery along the leading edge of the beach and swimming, to reach home. The house is done by Stelle Architects, they also design the use of overhangs to provide solar control in a southern exposure. Utilizing the extra thick walls that allow for superior insulation, and use of geothermal systems for cooling. This is a modern house with views towards the sea privileged nature, creating a fun Susana at any time.

This is a design house that can provide inspiration for your interesting, is a house with two floors, which stood on a sloping site. Also in residence was also built by taking advantage of beautiful nature, so that the materials used to manufacture even more impressed by his kind, to be more integrated with the natural environment. Home made custom to divide the plan into two parts, to create space for more open, more flexible and respond to the grade of the site. Contemporary homes with natural shades ranging from exterior and interior is designed by Hsu Office of Architecture, they do a wonderful place to live, by combining natural materials and contemporary design.

A residential development project undertaken by the Parque Humano, seen as a contemporary residence of natural and take some profits from the environments. The project was undertaken by taking advantage of the triangular character of the plot, the slope of the land and gain insight into the Nature Reserve at Cerro Gordo. The building is made by giving the relationship between interior and exterior, which is understood as a building as a homogeneous mass, with a curve out of the opening which has the effect of inviting perspective, this is caused by asymmetric wall that frames the scenery. By adjusting volumetric and tilt wall plate allows a visual journey in the interior space, which combines with the existing exterior landscape.
