This is a Contemporary house built on the site of classical sea front, this house is a renovation of the original house which later was dismantled, and built into the mound for the construction of which requires a higher elevation. it is intended to keep track of existing scale, the dynamics of the site and residential design that reflects the spirit of the original house. This house was built with three levels that have different functions, each used for the owner, then for their guests, and one other levels are used to living and dining room. Equipped also with a pool in the front, then the street and garages are made of natural scenery along the leading edge of the beach and swimming, to reach home. The house is done by Stelle Architects, they also design the use of overhangs to provide solar control in a southern exposure. Utilizing the extra thick walls that allow for superior insulation, and use of geothermal systems for cooling. This is a modern house with views towards the sea privileged nature, creating a fun Susana at any time.

An area with beautiful views often exist on the site that it is difficult to set up home, beauty has become something of interest from the profits to build a house. This is a house built on sites with exceptional natural beauty but challenging. The site has an irregular shape and fell three floors in a vertical from the edge of the road, has a view towards the harbor and sea water. This contemporary home was designed by POPOVbass Architects, by responding to residential neighborhood designed with distinctive organic details. This is also reflected in the elevation of the road which adopts the form with the simplicity and the use of organic materials, such as sand stone and wood with a wavy pattern. Houses with low profile makes it possible to view the building from the public domain.

This is a house owned by the Danish consul and his wife, built for the purpose of vacation and weekend homes, and as one of the places for informal entertaining. Located in Northern California with locations in the area that has a tilt angle, the inclined plane was used for about providing spectacular downslope over the Pacific Ocean. The house looks simple with a gentle landscape, surrounded by a garden and trees, which can provide a cool jungle feel of intimacy and fun. The design house also includes a sensitivity to the Nordic light, matter, and lifestyle, while respecting the architectural characteristics of form and materiality of the rural tradition of the famous Sea Ranch design. Go into the interior, visible living room overlooking the main that is more oriented towards the coast, it is intended to maximize the panoramic views towards the sea, which can be enjoyed at any time. Using transparent glass panels, while providing privacy during the day but not limiting, and maximize the light flooding the room.
