Altamira residence is a house with modern architecture, which is located in California. Located in an area of 20-acres along the rugged coastline of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, is a manifestation of a dream and vision for generations of one family. The area that became a pleasant place, initially was a childhood picnic area, which is used for family camping trips. It is growing to be a romantic area for a married couple. The execution of this house designed by Marmol Radziner, clients feel they want to retain the existing design as much as possible in 15 500-square-foot complex. This creates a harmonious relationship with their surroundings, but also the family that still enjoy the surrounding landscape, both physically and visually.

This is a home to live with a very clear form, the house is divided into two distinct blocks, with a two-volume story brick and block level linear shiny ground. Has a living room, dining room and a full gourmet area made for an integrated, this gives easy access, and create more open space. Have sliding glass doors, on the ground is surrounded by a high deck and balcony. Equipped with a concrete slab to make the cover of this book, took refuge in the second floor terrace with magnificent views. The combination of natural materials and modern home shows so well, creating a blend of both exterior and interior of fun. Brick fireplace with a tremendous volume in the home environment, which can also be used for outdoors on the veranda. Design in housing construction was undertaken by architect Seferin Arquitectura.

A retreat is located on a site that is flat and open with an area of 12 hectares, is located in eastern Long Island. This is an exotic contemporary houses and low-maintenance, the house was designed by Leroy Street Studio, a design that follows the desires of a mother and daughter, who want low-maintenance residential development which included Westchester granite, but they also want a large expanse of glass to enjoy the natural beauty around. A charming house, by utilizing so much unites stone wall between the interior and exterior. Walls connected by a water feature, which provides a unifying texture and differentiate between private areas that are more oriented to the south side of the building coming, and of the curtain wall facing north.
