Apartment is made with L-shaped design that creates a nested set of spaces with a large space that appears as the exterior of the solid wall boundaries. L Design is visible from the utilitarian spaces such as bathrooms and closets in the space behind the L-shaped condo interior partition as the boundary between space using Primary wood veneer, this also hides the bedroom, the house functions utilitarian service area, and bathroom. Recycled wood floors and wood tiles contrast with the douglas fir wood veneer wall smooth. Volumetric applications shades of blue provide the contrast that highlights the walls and other surfaces. The bedroom and bathroom on the make with an interesting color choice, so that each course has room own personality. Housing plans 65 units located at Kagurazaka, one of the most popular areas in Tokyo. Large housing is made with three floors. Residential design is made with more features to the housing with the joy of living in a residential area. There’s only restaurants confusing back-alley popular temple with a glimmer of a quiet back street. Place as a feature that captures and feel the place in Kagurazaka. Kagurazaka Residence briefly in green communal areas, such as living quarters feel that we have overlapping spread to the ceiling, to approach the residence. In the sense of distance and green living is very important to live comfortably. This project has been planned as a green felt in various situations of life. Which continues to the north and fertile reason, that the green in three dimensions, several floors up or down, front and back, every season, where many forms of green living is meant for.

Kusnacht-villa, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, has a background scenery of snow-covered mountain peaks and Lake Zurich. This is an exclusive villa designed two become one entity. Terrace Design created by design does not irregular and have the front side. Design provides a dynamic form with an impressive proportions. This villa is made with light and transparent structure thanks to the open and closed this area of the façade. Ceiling-to-floor windows provide beautiful scenery with a wide transparent window is limited. With an impressive entrance area, this villa is designed with a floor more than 1000 square meters, with five different levels, where the other three levels are shown as a separate floor. From the private patio, each floor in the building can be achieved through a separate elevator or using a ladder, hidden parts while others become spatial features. At the second level there is a vast indoor pool and sauna is made where, while in the remaining space at this level can be used as desired and offers ample space for sports or house movies. Third level of the villas have dining rooms and swimming pool with a more open form. At level four there are two rooms, each with bathroom and toilet en suite. There are also ample space for the music room, office, library or a separate living room. At least the final level is where most private room of this villa with master bedroom. This rate has become the scene of lake and snow-capped mountain peaks.
