Duplex penthouse apartment is re designed by young architect Guilherme Torres, this luxury apartment is located in Itaim, São Paulo, Brazil. Work on the redesign of this apartment is more focused on the interior. The interior design is focused on following the client’s desire that a young entrepreneur in the field of civil construction, the owner wanted a contemporary apartment with a spacious room that is comfortable to enjoy a relaxed and accepting of his friends. The main concept is the basis of interior redesign is to place a large bookcase that was made around the living room. This large bookcase in use for various purposes such as set books, save the electronic device and as a workstation.

Below is an idea of rejuvenating the old apartment, that created the decor into a modern collage of spatial experience. This work was done by DEN Architecture, and performed with great precision and detail as well as full rigor to get comfortable and modern apartment filled with luxury. Original shape space is fragmented, then fill in the various furniture such as cupboards and other furniture, combined with its incredible. Using a monolithic form that has expansive color contrast, provides an option for a transition more smoothly between the space between one another.

Below is an interior apartment renovation project undertaken by Balestri Architects, this project is to make significant changes to an apartment in the 1920s in New York, with a modern sensibility. Improvements include the living center of the whole room with built-in credenza walnut and lacquer boards white side, which makes the living room more open and spacious. Design a variety of modern furniture, giving the room a comfortable balance including perimeter radiator covers and a full-height bookcases that work with trim detail period.
